Nikos Achilleos

I joined Rotsas & Co in 1998 as an Auditor and was promoted to General Manager in 2001 and subsequently to Chief Executive Officer. I am responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the firm, ensuring the efficient coordination of teams and the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.

I play a central role in managing internal processes, supervising staff and maintaining operational efficiency across all departments. In addition, I provide consultancy services to clients on matters relating to Tax, VAT and Social Insurance, supporting businesses across a wide range of industries and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

I am also actively involved in business development, working closely with associates to support the establishment of new ventures and the expansion of the firm’s client base. My combined experience in audit, advisory and management enables me to provide practical and commercially focused solutions to clients.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), providing a strong foundation in management, finance and strategic decision-making.
