Demetris Ierokipiotis

After several years at a Big Four firm, I joined Rotsas & Co as an Audit Manager, leading a growing team and working closely with a wide range of clients.

I have extensive experience with international businesses, investment funds and large groups with complex structures and cross-border operations. My work includes the preparation and review of statutory and consolidated financial statements, as well as the coordination of group audits across multiple jurisdictions.

My responsibilities include managing audit engagements, reviewing financial statements, coaching team members and overseeing complex audit areas. I place strong emphasis on clear communication and maintaining efficient, well-structured audit processes.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Finance from the University of Manchester and am ACA qualified.
